With the development of industrial piping projects, the requirements for piping material are more and more specific. Common carbon steel and stainless steel are difficult to satisfy special application needs.

According to customer's requirements, NFF can adopt different alloys to produce alloy pipe fittings, so as to meet application demands under corrosive, high temperature or high pressure working environments. Following alloy materials are available:

It features excellent seawater corrosion resistance, mainly used in pipeline projects of seawater desalination and petroleum refining.

With higher content of chromium, it has better corrosion resistance to suit corrosive media under oxidation conditions.

It features good stress corrosion cracking resistance.

It is a nickel-based alloy containing molybdenum and copper, featuring good hot and cold working properties and good resistance to oxidation and moderate reducing corrosion.

It shows great corrosion resistance against lye, hydrofluoric acid, fluorine gas, seawater and organic compounds.

It's one kind of Hastelloy, featuring good corrosion resistance against wet chlorine, various oxidizing chlorides, chloride solutions, sulfuric acid, low- and medium-temperature hydrochloric acid.

It has better acid resistance than Titanium and steels, suitable for transporting liquids, etchant gas and aqueous alkali.
