According to the size, installation type and material, each pipe fitting is manufactured by its own process - welding, cold forming, hot forming, hot extrusion, forging or machining.

- Welded Pipe Fittings Welding process is a good choice for the production of oversize pipe fittings. For example, if you want an elbow larger than DN600, it's rather difficult to make it by a seamless steel pipe. Generally, we take two steel plates to weld a large size elbow.
